A Lifetime Of Experience
Carole Richner's career as a chef started long before culinary school. From cooking with her mother and grandmother to preparing large holiday gatherings for her family. Carole has always been drawn to the kitchen.

Following a long career in corporate marketing, Carole decided that it was time to live her dream and attend culinary school. Upon finishing the rigorous course study at The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, she completed her training at Aux Delices in Greenwich, CT.

In 2003, Carole began Carole's Catering, LLC. Her personal touch and point of view can be seen in every dish produced for every event.
